More than 5.5 million Ukrainians who became internally displaced due to Russian aggression have returned home.

This is discussed in the survey report of the International Organization for Migration.

Currently, more than 6.2 million Ukrainians remain internally displaced. However, the number of returns has increased by 24% in the last month.

Also, approximately 38% of internally displaced families with children aged 5-17 stated that their children do not have full access to education.

Nearly 15% of internally displaced returnees reported that their home had been damaged by the fighting.

In addition, it is noted that almost one in four people (23%) in Ukraine had to stop using medicines during a full-scale war, because they were not available or very expensive.

At the same time, Ukrainians who are now outside the country were not included in the survey.
