In the Kharkiv region, special services found another torture chamber


In one of the basements, people were tortured and beaten. And then they were taken to the territory of Russia.
This was announced by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
On September 23, the prosecutors of the Dergachev District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv region, together with law enforcement officers in the village of Lipsy, Kharkiv region, discovered the premises of the "police" of the so-called "LPR," where the military of the Russian Federation and pseudo-republics were based, the report says.

The militants of this terrorist organization and the Russian military illegally arrested local residents who supported the territorial integrity of Ukraine and refused to cooperate with the enemy, the SBU reports.
All collected evidence of war crimes by Russian military personnel will subsequently be transferred to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
