the Interior Ministry's "Offensive Guard" has already gathered an impressive number of volunteers

Guardsmen are expected to participate in the cleansing of liberated territories from the enemy.
There are already more than 20 thousand people wishing to join the ranks of the Assault Brigades "Guard of the Offensive", Ruslan Muzychuk, the representative of NSU, said during the telethon, reports Ukrinform
We have three main sources from where the applications come. The largest number of applications we receive through www.storm.mvs.gov.ua, where online questionnaire is available. More than 14 thousand questionnaires have been received through this channel, more than 7.5 thousand of them are applications for National Guard units. Also there are centers of recruitment, "hot lines", of course, there is work through recruitment centres, - he said.
The processing of applications has not yet begun, he said, . But once the candidates are selected, the Interior Ministry will begin vetting people who want to be Guardsmen. They will undergo medical and psychological tests and will collect the necessary documents.
All these stages of selection are necessary, as we are forming assault brigades. Candidates with high motivation have to get there, they have to meet other requirements for formation of such units," the NSU spokesman stressed.
We shall remind you that the Interior Ministry has started to form eight assault brigades of the Offensive Guards to reinforce the Defence Forces and liberate the occupied territories. All military personnel who will become storm troopers in the Offensive Guards are promised housing and treatment, as well as university education.
