Zelensky's key statements from his speech in the UK

vladimir Zelenski paid an official visit to the UK on 8 February.
The Ukrainian president has called for the creation of an aviation coalition, in support of Ukraine.
We are doing everything possible and impossible so that the world gives us modern aircraft to empower and protect the pilots who are protecting us - Zelenskyy said
Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed confidence in Ukraine's inevitable victory. In his words, every aggressor will understand that by starting an unprovoked war he will lose.
We know that freedom will win. We know that Russia will lose and we really know that our victory will change the whole world. And this is the change that the world has been waiting for. It will be the victory over the very idea of war - said the President of Ukraine
He also said he was proud of Ukraine's aviation and handed a gift to Lindsey Goyle, Speaker of the British Parliament, a Ukrainian aviator's helmet with the words "We have freedom, give us wings to defend it". Zelensky also stressed the importance of the sanctions imposed on Russia today.
We have already achieved significant results - we have protected the foundations of global security. We have been able to build a coalition of powerful sanctions - it must be understood that sanctions against a terrorist state cannot be questioned. We must rid the aggressor of any opportunity to finance a war - Zelensky urged.
The Ukrainian president also met Britain's King Charles III. The meeting was held at Buckingham Palace. Next, Zelenskyy will visit Paris, where he is scheduled to meet French President Emanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
