Persons with alcohol or drug addiction are also mobilised.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff in an evening bulletin.

The General Staff also reported:

The occupation administration of the town of Golaya Prystan in the Kherson region is putting pressure on the local population to re-register property rights under Russian law. In particular, information is being spread that Ukrainian citizens who do not comply with the occupiers' demands by May this year will be deported to Russia.

At the same time, units of missile troops and artillery struck three areas with concentrated manpower, an artillery unit at a firing position, an ammunition depot and two other important facilities of the occupants.
