General Staff: Russian mobilisers refuse to go on the offensive

An evening briefing from the General Staff reports:

There have been an increasing number of cases when mobilized Russian Federation soldiers, who are in units attached to the 1st Army Corps Southern Region, refuse to go on the offensive. Therefore, mobilized men from the temporarily Russian-occupied territories of Donetsk region, are taken off the second and third lines and sent to training grounds. There they are trained for a fortnight and formed into assault units for offensive actions in the Avdeevsk direction.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff also said that hospitals in Luhansk Region were filled with wounded Russian soldiers. In particular, children's hospital No 3 in Luhansk has been converted into a military hospital.

The General Staff noted:

During the day, the enemy launched 2 missile and 16 air strikes. More than 15 rocket launchers were fired. The risk of Russian Federation strikes remains high throughout Ukraine.
