France says Ukraine can hit Russian territory with French missiles

The West should not have any "red lines" in supporting Ukraine, France says.
'No red lines'. Ukraine can hit the territory of Russia with French missiles. This was stated by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot in an interview with the BBC.
He stressed that Ukraine can hit the territory of the Russian Federation in self-defence.
We will support Ukraine as intensively and for as long as necessary. Why? Because our security is at stake. Every time the Russian army advances one square kilometre, the threat becomes one square kilometre closer to Europe," the French foreign minister said.
He noted that Western partners should not set restrictions on assistance to Ukraine and draw "red lines".
He also did not rule out that French troops might join the Ukrainian military in confronting Russian aggressors.
It is known that the AFU now has French SCALP-EG missiles in service - an analogue of the British Storm Shadow missiles. They are capable of hitting targets at a distance of more than 250 kilometres.
