Forced evacuation of children from three communities in Kharkiv region

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Sinegubov.

The Kharkiv Region Defence Council has decided to announce the forced evacuation of families with children from Kupyanska, Kondrashevska and Kurilivska communities of Kupyanskyy district, which are under constant enemy shelling," the statement said.

Families with children from the settlements are subject to evacuation:

• Kondrashovka,
• Tishchenkivka,
• Kupyansk,
• kupyansk-Uzlovoy settlement,
• kovsharovka settlement,
• Glushkovka,
• Kolesnikovka,
• Kurilovka,
• Novoosinovo,
• Podoly.

Now there are 275 children in these communities.

In addition, according to the decision of the Defence Council, children will not be allowed to enter the mentioned communities.

Important: children can be evacuated necessarily with at least one of the parents or another guardian.

All evacuees are provided with housing and support from international humanitarian organisations.
