The UN International Telecommunication Union has long promised to release the report.
It is reported by Euractiv.
In April, members of the United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU) adopted a resolution agreeing to support war-torn Ukraine in rebuilding its telecommunications sector.
ITU was supposed to prepare a report on the destroyed infrastructure of Ukraine.
Despite promises that it would be published soon, the report never appeared.
In a letter to ITU, the EU indicated that 46 countries from all regions supported the resolution calling for a full report on the situation, stressing the urgency of its publication.
