- Ex-nardeputy from "OPZZH" Kiva was informed about the third suspicion

The DBI has reported another suspicion of former MP from the banned political party "OPZZh" Ilya Kiva.
This was reported by the press service of the State Investigation Bureau.
Kiva is suspected of public calls for a violent change of the constitutional order (part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and war propaganda (Article 436 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). For this, the ex-nardeep faces up to 5 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The investigation found that the former MP continues to spread anti-Ukrainian propaganda information among the population. Ilya Kiva in his numerous publications created for the public the image of an enemy of the current Ukrainian authorities, which should be deterred from aggression," the report said.
The suspect also stirred up anti-authoritarian sentiments in Ukrainian society, justified Russian aggression and glorified military actions of Russians. In addition, Kiva "incited the Ukrainian audience against patriotic compatriots, and the Russian audience - against Ukrainians". Propagandised the resolution of all "contradictions" through military force and large-scale use of the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine.
It is noted that earlier the former MP was reported two suspicions of high treason and for war propaganda.
