Oleh Tsarev's property worth almost half a billion hryvnias was arrested thanks to the SBU materials.

A court has arrested the real estate of former MP Oleh Tsarev, who is involved in financing the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. This is reported by the SBU.

We are talking about a flat in the central part of Dnipro, a land plot in Kiev Region, as well as two property complexes in the temporarily occupied Crimea. In particular, we are talking about the sanatorium "Kirov" and the museum "Estate of Princess Baryatinskaya", where Tsarev now lives, - reported in the special service.

It is noted that the total value of the arrested property Tsarev is almost half a billion hryvnias.

It is specified that the blocking of the assets of the defendant will prevent their re-registration to front persons to avoid further confiscation of property.

According to the investigation, after the seizure of Crimea Tsarev re-registered his Crimean sanatorium in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Thus, he regularly pays money from the recreational business to the budget of the aggressor country in the form of "taxes".

In addition, Tsarev concluded a contract with a Rosgvardiya unit for the installation and maintenance of technical means of protection of two Crimean facilities.

Money for such services Tsarev pays directly to the bank accounts of the occupation group of the Russian Federation, which is stationed on the temporarily seized peninsula, - reported in the SBU.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators additionally informed Tsarev of suspicion under part 3 of article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing of actions committed to change the borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine).

Earlier, the SBU qualified the criminal actions of the defendant under part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

Since the perpetrator is hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, complex measures to bring him to justice for crimes against Ukraine continue.

Earlier, Tsaryov said that Russia would have to "pound women and children" in Ukraine with nuclear weapons if it loses on the frontline.
