Prosecutors in court proved that the major-General of the SBU collected information that constituted a state secret and passed it to representatives of Russia, - stated in the message.

In addition, the convict was looking for executors to commit a terrorist act among former SBU servicemen. The purpose of the terrorist attack was the murder of a major of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, who headed the International peacekeeping battalion named after Dzhokhar Dudayev in the east of Ukraine since February 2015.
