Death toll in Vinnitsa rises to 21, 46 people missing

Among them are three children.

At least 52 more people were injured, including three minors.

In total, 115 victims turned to medical institutions. 46 people are considered missing.

55 buildings and 40 cars were damaged.

Pyrotechnicians, cynologists, psychologists of the State Emergency Service are working on the spot.
