Russian troops have shelled humanitarian aid that Ukrainian rescuers were delivering to front-line Bakhmut, the Ukrainian State Emergency Service has said
Russians fired on rescuers who were delivering humanitarian aid to people remaining in battle-torn Bakhmut
They noted that people were not injured during the shelling, but the vehicle of the 47th State Fire and Rescue Unit was significantly damaged: the windshield was cracked, the rear window was broken, and the rear bumper and rear part of the vehicle were cut.
The rescuers said that this vehicle had been used many times to deliver humanitarian aid to people in front-line Bakhmut

Rescuers reported that when their vehicle was hit by an enemy shell, it caught fire and local residents rushed to help them put it out
The emergency services are now looking for other ways to deliver humanitarian aid to people
