All promised Abrams tanks have arrived in Ukraine

Colonel Martin O'Donnell, the US Army's representative in Europe and Africa, said that all Ukrainians who trained on tanks in Germany have also returned to Ukraine, along with ammunition and spare parts for the tanks, Voice of America reported.

We have fulfilled our part of the deal. From now on, it's up to them [Ukraine] to determine when and where they will provide that capability," O'Donnell said.

Military officials say it may take some time before the Abrams are sent to the battlefield while Ukrainian forces make sure they have the necessary support elements and determine when and where to use the tanks for maximum effect against Russian forces.
