- 70-year-old journalist from Kherson had her spine broken by occupants

The occupiers broke the spine of an elderly journalist and volunteer from Kherson because she did not want to give up her Ukrainian passport.
This is reported by the TG-channel of the National Union of Journalists "Spilka".
Journalist and patriot Tatyana Antonyuk suffered greatly during the attempt to leave the occupied Kherson. The brave woman refused to give her passport to the rashists at the checkpoint, because of which she was severely beaten.
Tatyana Antonyuk, 70, was barely able to get into the car and escape from the enemy checkpoint. For more than a month, the woman has been in St. Luke's hospital, according to the First Medical Association of Lviv.

Until May, Tatyana categorically refused to leave the occupied Kherson. She agreed to leave after the persuasion of her husband who is fighting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The car, which the woman used to go with her neighbors, was stopped at an enemy checkpoint. All valuables were taken from them. When Tatyana refused to hand over her Ukrainian passport - this was her principled position as a Ukrainian - they started beating her. She miraculously managed to escape.
She got to Lviv by evacuation train in a very bad condition. The examination showed a fracture of the spine and severe bruising of the head.
After a complex operation, Tatyana is already rising from the bed and is determined.
She says: she doesn't want to be treated for a long time, because there is no time to lie down - she has to volunteer!
