Zelensky reported how many Ukrainians left their homes in search of a safe place

Most of the fugitives are women and children.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced how many Ukrainians left their homes in search of a safe place. He said this on March 26 at the 20th Doha Forum.
According to the president, already 10 million people have become displaced in Ukraine, and more than 3.5 million have been forced to go abroad in search of safety.
The vast majority of them are women with children. This is already being called a migration crisis, but saying so now is a mistake, because the real migration crisis, the real problems are yet to come,” Zelensky stressed.
From February 24 to March 23, 3,626,546 citizens left the territory of Ukraine. Such data are provided by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. As indicated, the Ukrainians, fleeing the war, went to the following neighboring countries:

- Hungary - 324,397 people;
