The dissertation was written at the National University of Odessa Law Academy on the educational programme Law. Having defended the thesis, Valery Zaluzhny received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
Judging by the key words of the work, the thesis is related to military and service discipline, disciplinary offences, penalties, moral and psychological support, and military justice.
During the year, Zaluzhny made six publications on the topic of the thesis in Ukrainian publications.
