Wagner mercenary detained in Russia for rape of minors


In the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation detained a mercenary of the PMC "Wagner" for the rape of two 16-year-old girls.
The detainee's name is Yevgeny Osipov. This is reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the Russian media.
According to the investigation, on 9 October, 29-year-old resident of Kamyshin Evgeny Osipov lured to his home two minors and raped.
One of them managed to escape, she appealed for help to passers-by, who called the police.
The detainee's name is Evgeny Osipov. Previously, he was convicted several times, including for theft, robbery, death threats, fraud, car theft and involving a minor in the commission of an offence.
In February 2021, he was awarded two years in a penal colony for robbery and intentional damage to other people's property. Later, the man probably signed a contract with PMC "Wagner" and went to war in Ukraine.
