In Russia, Roskomnadzor demanded that Wikipedia remove five articles about Russian shelling of civilian objects in Ukraine.

Roskomnadzor notices are published in the relevant section of Wikipedia with a list of prohibited articles.

We are talking about the articles "Battle for Kyiv (2022)", "War crimes during the Russian invasion of Ukraine", "Shelling of a hospital in Mariupol", "Destruction of the Mariupol theater (2022)" and "Massacre in Bucha".

Earlier, on March 31, Roskomnadzor drew up a protocol to Wikipedia because of the refusal to remove the article "Russian invasion of Ukraine (2022)". The Russian department called the article "inaccurate information on the subject of a special military operation of the RF Armed Forces."
