Russia 'announces' chemical attack on Sumy region

During the war there were already situations where the Russians "warned of danger", which they themselves subsequently implemented.
The Russian Defence Ministry has said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces allegedly prepared a chemical attack on Sumy Region. This was reported on the Russian Defence Ministry's Telegram channel.
According to the Russians, the Ukrainian Armed Forces "will attack Sumy Region by poisoning its residents with chemicals, but will blame Moscow for it".
At the same time, the Russians claim that "the chemical attack plan is being developed in the office of the Ukrainian president" and is aimed at "discrediting the Russian Federation in the international arena".
The Russian Defence Ministry has fantasised that the Ukrainian army is allegedly planning to stage a "provocation-shooting with toxic substances" in order to then accuse Russia of the crime on the UN Security Council rostrum and "document" the use of "chemical weapons" by the Russian armed forces.
In order to implement it, over the last two weeks a section of the forward defence line of the Ukrainian armed forces in the settlement of Akhtyrka, Sumy Region, has been prepared on the line of battle with the Russian troops," the Russian statement reads.
We would like to stress that the aggressor country traditionally disseminates such reports before it plans to stage certain provocations.
