The OPU told how to stop the war

The Russian Federation invaded the territory of a sovereign state, which means that the war can only end when the Kremlin withdraws its soldiers from Ukrainian lands, Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, said on Twitter .

He pointed out that it is Russia in this war: it destroys residential buildings, killing civilians, annexes foreign territories, fires missiles at infrastructure to force people to sit without light and heat.

He also warned that Russia was setting a "bad example" for other tyrants:

Other tyrants are watching. The only way to end the war is to force Russia to leave Ukraine. Otherwise, the 21st century will be an era of bloody conflicts

It should be noted that the OPU believes that Russia, striking at the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, seeks to provoke a new wave of Ukrainian refugees to European countries.
