Two officials were reported on suspicion of taking possession of other people's property. They embezzled allowances for servicemen.

Law enforcers suspect the head of the district territorial centre of acquisition and social support of Kharkiv region and the head of the communication group of RTCK and SP. They were incriminated part. 4 of article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - seizure of other people's property, committed on a large scale under martial law.
The officials developed a scheme of embezzlement of servicemen's allowances together with additional payments.
The essence of the scheme was the inclusion of a person who had not served in the military, in order to accrue to him money allowances, bonuses and additional remuneration allegedly for direct participation in combat operations. This role was agreed to by an acquaintance of the head of the military enlistment office, who actually did not fulfil functional duties and did not go on duty - explained in the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Thus, during March 2022 - July 2023, the suspects embezzled more than 680 thousand UAH. At present, the petition for the election of measures and suspension of the suspects from their positions is ongoing. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
