The victim was pulled out after almost 10 hours when they heard her voice.



Rescuers of the State Emergencies Service have extracted a woman from under the rubble of a house destroyed by a Russian missile in Dnipro. Her voice was heard last night, but she was pulled out around 11:30, Interior Minister Denys Monastyrskyy has said.

According to the minister, the victim spent about 10 hours under the rubble after she was heard.

The woman, whom rescuers heard during a moment of silence around 1 a.m. on January 15, was rescued from under the rubble of a collapsed house in Dnipro at 11:30 a.m. Fighting for every life

Monastyrskyy released a photo of the rescue of the surviving woman.

The Interior Ministry also released a video of the rescue of the victim.

The agency added that another 40 people were wanted, according to the National Police. Around 3.7 tonnes of destroyed structures and 39 damaged vehicles were removed from the scene of the tragedy.

As of 13:00, 23 people are already known to have died in the Dnieper high-rise.
