- Attack on a multi-storey building in Dnipro: the president reacted to the massive attack

On the night of 20 September, Russians in Dnipro hit a multi-storey building with a missile, and in Pavlograd hit a business.
Russia has hit a residential multi-storey building in Dnipro with a missile in a massive air attack. As a result of the enemy terror attack, one person was killed and 26 others were wounded. At this moment 14 are in hospital. A 55-year-old man is in a serious condition. He has burns of 70% of his body. Medics are fighting for his life. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Sergey Lysak, the occupants hit the region using attack UAVs and missiles. About this he wrote in Telegram.
Also, according to him, in addition to multi-storey buildings were damaged private houses, garages and outbuildings. There are destructions on the territory of enterprises.
Reacting to another strike by Russian terrorists, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pointed out that the Russian Federation launched another massive attack on Ukraine, using 40 cruise and ballistic missiles and about 580 UAVs of different types. He pointed out that Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk Region, as well as Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhya, Kiev, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv and Odessa regions were under attack.
The enemy's target was our infrastructure, residential areas, civilian enterprises. In Dnipro, a direct hit of a missile with a cluster munition into a multi-storey building was recorded. As of now, we know about dozens of wounded as a result of the shelling. Three people, unfortunately, were killed," the Ukrainian leader wrote in Telegram.
The Ukrainian President emphasised that such Russian strikes have no military necessity.
This is Russia's conscious strategy to intimidate civilians and destroy our infrastructure," Zelensky added.
He added that Ukraine's allies should demonstrate a strong response - strengthen air defence systems, arms supplies, as well as expand sanctions pressure against the Russian military machine.
