

Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev passed away at the age of 92.
This is reported by Russian media with reference to the Central Clinical Hospital of Moscow.
Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev died this evening after a serious and prolonged illness, the hospital reported.
According to Russian Telegram channels, on the eve of his death, Gorbachev arrived at the hospital for hemodialysis. He had kidney problems.

Mikhail Gorbachev was the last General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and one of the few Russians who starred in Pizza Hut commercials.
