"Ukrenergo says Ukraine may face power shortages in summer

Most of the nuclear units will be taken out for repairs in the summer.
This was reported in a story by RBC-Ukraine.
The likelihood of a deficit forming is justified by several reasons.
First, the Ukrainian energy system is severely damaged.
According to a World Bank report, 60% of Ukraine's generation was damaged by shelling and rocket attacks.
In addition, the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant will not be available to Ukraine this summer. It provided 25 percent of Ukraine's electricity generation needs.
Also, all major thermal power plants and hydroelectric plants in the country suffered damage from shelling. Therefore, energy workers will have additional challenges this summer, as repairs will be longer and more difficult because of the damage.
Most of the nuclear units are scheduled to go out for repairs in the summer. Therefore, there may be capacity shortages during this period.
