This was announced by Daniel Risch, head of the Liechtenstein government, in the newspaper Handelsblatt.

In Liechtenstein, the government wants to allow bitcoin as payment for public services.

The possibility of paying with bitcoin is getting closer.

The head of government has also not ruled out that Liechtenstein could invest part of its reserves in bitcoin.

The matter is currently being consulted by the government.
