Prague Maidan's Ukrainian volunteers often gather in the centre
On Saturday, 1 June, a group of Russians attacked and beat up members of the Ukrainian volunteer organisation Prague Maidan in the Czech capital Prague. This was reported by a representative of the organisation in social network X.
It is indicated that the incident occurred on Staromnest Square in the centre of the Czech capital. Ukrainian volunteers stand there on Saturdays, their activity is official.
We volunteer every Saturday, from the second to six, we have a tent Russia Hands Off Ukraine. We stand there peacefully with merchandise and a volunteer box. Everything is official, we have permission," the representative of the organisation told subscribers.
According to her, the attackers knocked out the phone from the Ukrainians and caused physical damage to the woman. She published a photo with a bloody handkerchief in her hands.
The video was also shot by Czechs who were near the Ukrainian tent at the time of the attack.
