Putin said in an address to Russians that Ukraine may be involved in the terrorist attack in Moscow Region.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has reacted to Putin's statements about Ukraine's alleged involvement in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow Region. The diplomat pointed out that such statements by the dictator were not backed up by anything but the fantasy of the Kremlin head himself.

Kuleba also stressed that Putin is a pathological liar, and the world has already had the opportunity to convince itself that his words are worth little.

Putin lied about the 1999 apartment building bombings, the Kursk submarine disaster in 2000, the Beslan school siege in 2004, the murders of Politkovskaya in 2006, Magnitsky in 2009, Nemtsov in 2015 and many other critics, the Russian military occupying Crimea, the shooting down of MH17 and plans to invade Ukraine - these are a few examples from a very, very long list. Putin is a pathological liar," Kuleba wrote on social network X (Twitter).

The minister urged not to allow Putin and his minions to deceive:

Their only goal is to encourage more Russians to die in their senseless criminal war against Ukraine, as well as to instil even more hatred for other nations, not only Ukrainians, but the entire West, - wrote Kuleba.

We will remind, the Russian dictator Putin yesterday within the framework of an address to the Russians officially shifted responsibility for the events in "Crocus" (the terrorist attack that took place on 22 March) to Ukraine. In particular, he said that Russia had detained 11 people in this case and that there was evidence that those allegedly tried to flee to Ukraine after the attack.
