Ukraine ready to go on counter-offensive - Zelensky

Ukraine still needs additional weapons, the Ukrainian leader stressed.
Ukraine is ready for a counter-offensive on the front to liberate its territory from Russian invaders. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
At the same time, Zelenskyy did not give a specific date for the start of the Ukrainian advance.
I do not know exactly how long it will take and what price we will pay," he said.
According to him, although Ukraine would like to have some additional resources for a counter-offensive, it cannot wait months for the suzniks to step up support.
Zelensky said that Russia still has an advantage in the air at this time, and the lack of protection from enemy aircraft means that many soldiers could die during a counter-offensive.
Speaking about the army's needs, he stressed that Ukraine needs additional Patriot systems to protect both civilians and soldiers on the front line.
We shall remind you that the Ukrainian political and military command has repeatedly stated that the Defence Forces are preparing for a counter-offensive in order to liberate territories from Russian invaders and reach the 1991 borders.
