On September 23, after a repeated violation, a Russian-language channel was removed, which called for "cutting" and "shooting" unarmed people. Pavel Durov, one of the creators of the cross-platform messenger Telegram, wrote about this in his blog on Telegram.

Flight to other mobile applications will not help them avoid access restrictions because another mobile application will also comply with the rules of the application stores, - Pavel Durov wrote.

Blocked: the Telegram channel of the Belarusian propagandist Grigory Azarenka, as well as the track of the Russian sabotage and assault group Rusich, which published instructions on how to kill Ukrainian prisoners of war.
