Syrskyi in an interview with The Guardian: Ukraine can return Crimea

Freeing Crimea from Russian occupation is realistic and Ukraine has a plan in place.
This is what the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyy, said in an interview with The Guardian.
This is realistic. Of course, this is a great military secret," he noted.
Syrsky said that Ukraine would do everything possible to reach the internationally recognised borders in 1991.
He also noted that Russia has a significant advantage in aviation and air defence, which is why Ukraine is increasingly using drones and fighting "not quantity but quality", while drones play "as important a role as artillery".
According to Syrsky, maritime drones have sunk about a third of the Russian Black Sea Navy.
It really became a trap for them, and for some (ships - ed.) - a grave," Syrsky noted.
Therefore, the Kremlin was forced to "completely withdraw its troops" from the port of Sevastopol in Crimea after a series of Ukrainian strikes destroyed Russian radar and missile installations.
Syrsky also said the Russian army had made no significant progress on the battlefield, calling the enemy's successes tactical rather than operational breakthroughs. He also assessed Russia's attempts to create a "sanitary corridor" in Kharkiv Region as a failure.
When asked about the timing of victory in the war, Syrskyy said that one would have to be very brave to give an answer.
We are doing everything to make it happen. There is simply no more important task for us. We must win in order to liberate our citizens in the suffering occupied territories," the commander-in-chief remarked.
