Syrsky reported the losses of Russians since the beginning of the year

Defence forces since the beginning of 2025 eliminated more than 100 thousand occupants. This is stated in Telegram of the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU Oleksandr Syrskyy.

Thanks to the coordinated and professional work of our defenders, the total losses of the occupants in manpower since the beginning of this year exceeded 100 thousand people. I thank the Ukrainian soldiers for professional combat work and stability," he wrote.

Syrsky noted that the Ukrainian Defence Forces continue to destroy the enemy along the entire front line. He also showed footage of the destruction of the enemy.

At the same time, according to the AFU General Staff, as of 16 March 2025, the Russian army lost about 894,240 people wounded and killed in the confrontation with Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had lost more than 46,000 military personnel killed and another 380,000 defenders injured during the full-scale war.
