It is reported that the deceased was wearing black sweatpants, a light-colored T-shirt, blue underwear and black socks.

A civilian was tortured and killed by the Russian military: the eyes and legs of the victim were wrapped with adhesive tape, his hands were tied with a construction clamp, the department said.
