It has been revealed which settlements in Luhansk oblast have been completely destroyed

The former head of the Luhansk OVA said a large number of the region's occupied settlements had been "completely smashed" by Russian troops.
Sergei Gaidai said this in an interview with Radio Liberty.
Regarding the destroyed towns, yes, indeed, on their new administrative map, Popasna does not even exist. I can tell you, Novoselovka - there is not a single surviving house. Makeyevka - there is not a single surviving house. Bilogorovka - none exists," Gaidai said.
In addition Toshkivka, Novotoshkivske and Kuzemivka have been razed to the ground. In Severodonetsk, which has been the administrative centre since 2014, 90% of buildings have been damaged, of which 70% cannot be rebuilt.
In Rubizhne and Lysychansk, half of the city was destroyed.
