Ukrainian citizens can now apply for passport documents abroad.
This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
Separate subdivisions of the SE "Document" have started working in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Turkey. Here Ukrainians can receive the following services:
- registration of an ID-card or foreign passport (including instead of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of ID card or passport (due to expiration date, change of information or unusability)
- exchange of a 1994 passport for an ID-card (at will or in case of invalidity)
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
- driver's licence exchange (for the time being, available in Poland and the Czech Republic).

Turkey:

These offices serve citizens from Monday to Saturday, including 09:00-18:00. You can apply for a passport by appointment or on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is made directly on the spot - using the online payment service. To do this, it is enough to have only a smartphone and bank card details with you.
