- Russians compiled lists of Ukrainians in occupation who would not take Russian passports

There are about 6 million Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, 1.5 million of them are children.
A register of "controlled persons" will be launched in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The Russians have included in it Ukrainians who did not take a Russian passport. This is reported by the Centre of national resistance(CNR).
The enemy indicates that the register includes foreigners and stateless people who are illegally in Russia and are subject to expulsion. However, in the case of VOT actually refers to Ukrainians without a passport of the enemy," the report says.
It is noted that inclusion in such a register means that Ukrainians who live on their land have become "people who have no right to be at the VOT" and must either leave their home or obtain the right to "legally" stay at home. Meaning obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation.
The VTSNS note that people who have not become citizens of the Russian Federation have been restricted in their rights. They are not allowed to use banks, register real estate, drive vehicles and marry, receive benefits, including medicines.
This is another element of coercion to legally secure for Ukrainians the status of Russian citizens," the CNS points out.
Millions of Ukrainians live in occupation. At the same time, the invaders are trying in every possible way to force them out of their native lands by bringing migrants from Asia and Russian regions, thus replacing the ethnic population of Ukraine.
