The captured occupier admitted that the Russians deliberately destroyed high-rise buildings in Kharkov.
This is reported by the Telegram channel SPRAVDI.
The commander of the 25th Artillery Brigade of the RF Armed Forces said that the main target of the Russian rocket divisions were precisely Kharkov houses - the enemy purposefully fired at civilian objects, the report says.
The prisoner reported the personal data of Russians involved in other war crimes and the destruction of peaceful Kharkiv residents.
