Russian troops began surrendering in the area of Avdeevka - AFU

The third wave of the Russian army offensive continues in the Avdiivka direction.
About a dozen Russians surrendered overnight near Avdiivka. This was reported by the speaker of the Joint Press Centre of the Defence Forces of the Tavrian direction, Oleksandr Shtupun.
Russian occupants began to surrender in captivity. Yesterday in the Donetsk region three people "chose life", and tonight, there is information, up to a dozen more occupants surrendered, - he said.
According to the speaker, the enemy has reduced the number of airstrikes fourfold compared to the day before last, but infantry activity remains high. Near Avdeevka the AFU repelled 30 attacks.
"The enemy rarely uses armoured vehicles because it lost a lot of them during the 'third wave' that started a few days ago," he added.
Earlier, the AFU reported that the Russian troops have reduced the number of airstrikes, but the activity of Russian infantry is still high on the Tauride direction.
We will add that the AFU destroyed over the day 860 occupants. The total combat losses of the Russian Federation since the beginning of the war amounted to about 323,760 people.
