Russia kicked out of the Large Hadron Collider project

This is stated in the statement of the CERN Council.
The CERN Council decided to completely stop cooperation with Russian and Belarusian scientists. The complete termination of cooperation will occur in 2024.
CERN was established after World War II to bring nations and people together for the peaceful pursuit of science… The core values of the organization have always been based on cross-border scientific cooperation, but the aggression of one country against another contradicts these values, the statement says.
Earlier, the CERN Council temporarily closed Russia's access to the Large Collider at the request of Ukrainian scientists.
