Russia has delivered more than 3,600 shipments of timber, metals, rubber and other goods to the United States over the past six months.

This is reported by the publication AP.

Hundreds of more than $1 billion a month worth of goods from Russia continue to enter US ports, despite Biden's pledge to "hurt" Russian dictator Vladimir Putin with an embargo on imports of vodka, diamonds, oil, and other goods.

According to the Associated Press, Russia has shipped more than 3,600 timber, metals, rubber, and other goods to the United States over the past six months. This is almost twice the trade turnover between the countries for the same period in 2021, when it was about 6,000 batches.

The head of the Office for the Coordination of Sanctions of the US State Department, Jim O'Brien, noted that it is impossible to block trade with Russia completely since this could disrupt world trade and harm the United States more than the aggressor country.
