Russian medics flee temporarily occupied Melitopol

The current mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, wrote about it on his Telegram.

The Melitopol hospital was hardly the last in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya region to provide care to civilians, but for almost a month now, wounded, sick Rashists have also started to be brought in there, and there is less and less room for civilians in that hospital.

He gave several reasons for the escape of Russian medics:

- The super-high number of wounded Russian military personnel, for whom there are not enough medical staff or beds,

- Behaviour of the occupants themselves, who in addition to alcohol are brought to the hospitals in a state of drug intoxication,

- a goodwill gesture due to the fear of the AFU and the resistance forces, who will not leave any enemy in peace.

The occupiers both threaten and bribe Ukrainian medical workers to help the Russian military. But Ukrainian medics refuse to cooperate with the enemy.

Also, 90% of the pharmacies in Melitopol do not work, and those that remain have almost no range of medicines and the cost of medicines is too high.
