- Reznikov said that the war is moving into a protracted phase

The war in Ukraine is moving into a protracted phase.
This was stated by Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov in an address to the EU Foreign Affairs Council and NATO Secretary General, posted on his Facebook page .
The war is moving into a protracted phase. In the Kherson region, in the Zaporozhye region, the invaders are carrying out engineering and fortification work in order to go on the defensive,” he wrote.
Also, according to him, near the border with Ukraine, Belarusian troops are carrying out active maneuvers, which forces the Ukrainian army to reserve forces in case "if Moscow pressures Minsk to invade."
Reznikov asks NATO to give an answer - what future he sees for Ukraine.
NATO's Strategic Concept for the next 10 years will be adopted. What place will Europe see for Ukraine in the interests of protecting its eastern borders? Are we all present here thinking about updating the security architecture of Europe at least?
