According to Putin, he is all the time "fighting internal aggression."

Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin admitted in a conversation with VGTRK reporter Pavel Zarubin that he constantly feels the urge to "punch someone", but keeps himself in control.

Zarubin posted in his Telegram channel a fragment from a documentary film about Putin's 25 years in power. In the video, the journalist talks about the dictator's outward coolness and restraint and asks: "Do you never feel the urge to punch someone, as they call it?"

Always. I live with it, but I fight it," Putin replies.

Recall that Russia pursues an aggressive policy towards neighbouring countries. Its officials frequently threaten independent countries and insult politicians. Among the wars Russia has started:

1992-1993 - Russia occupied Transnistria

1992-1993 - Russia provoked the Abkhazian war

1994-1996 - First Russian-Chechen war

1999-2009 - Second Russian-Chechen war

2008 - Russian-Georgian war

2014-2022 - Russian-Ukrainian war

Everything Russia touches in the international arena turns to ashes and suffering. Russian authorities call their interventions "peacekeeping missions" and "special operations in defence of Russian-speaking or Orthodox populations".
