Prigozhin handed over positions in Bakhmut to the regular Russian army.

This was reported by the press service of war criminal and ringleader of the Wagner terrorist organization, Yevhen Prigozhin.

According to this information, the mercenaries have been leaving Bakhmut since 25 May. The process will continue until 1 June.

During the withdrawal, the positions will be handed over to the regular Russian army.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that the terrorist Prigozhin has announced his withdrawal from Bakhmut. On the eve of May 9, he also promised that he would withdraw Wagner from Bakhmut.

Bakhmut handed over to the Russian army

Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar confirmed on Telegram that the enemy has replaced Wagner units with army regular units in the Bakhmut suburbs.

On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy is trying to halt our advance on the flanks with artillery fire. The enemy is now pulling up additional units on the flanks to reinforce them.

On the outskirts of Bakhmut the enemy has replaced Wagner units with army regular units. In the town of Bakhmut itself, however, the Wagners remain in place for the time being.

The enemy is also trying to halt the advance of the AFU on its flanks with artillery fire.

Control of AFU territories

At the same time, the claim that Wagner controls all of Bakhmut is incorrect. Ukrainian forces continue to control the outskirts of the city in the southwestern part in the "Samolet" area.

At the same time, active hostilities continue in the east. The enemy is trying to advance in Avdiivka, Maryinka, Liman, Kupyan and Bakhmut directions. But the Ukrainian Armed Forces are repulsing the attacks.
