Law enforcers believe that people's deputy Alexei Kovalev is cooperating with Russian invaders in Kherson.
He has already been selected as a measure of restraint in the form of detention without an alternative to bail.
The people's deputy, law enforcers say, after the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia, remained in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region and helps the occupying forces.
There is also information that Kovalev assumed the position of "deputy chairman" in the so-called occupational "government of the Kherson region."
