Three people killed in rocket attack on 'Point of Indestructibility' in Donetsk region

A Russian missile hit Kostyantynivka killed three people.



The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office has said:

According to the investigation, on 24 March 2023 at 01:00, the Russian army shelled Kostyantynivka from S-300 surface-to-air missile system. Kostyantynivka. One of the missiles hit the indestructible point building and another hit near it.

Three women were killed under the rubble, who were internally displaced persons from Bakhmut, Chasov Yar and the village. Oprovnoye, Pokrovsky district, aged between 57 and 62. Two other citizens suffered bodily injuries of varying severity, the prosecutor's office said.

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings for violation of laws and customs of war (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is under way.

Also, the Air Force said that around ten Su-35s attacked Sumy Region with guided aerial bombs. The consequences are being specified.
