The occupiers are destroying infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff has reported:

In Mangush district of the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Region, the occupiers continue to put pressure on civilians, in particular by limiting the supply of electricity to homes. The invaders destroyed an electricity pole and the settlement lost power for several days.

The General Staff also reported that farmers in the occupied territories have their crops spoiled:

Meanwhile, local farmers in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Region are having their crops spoiled en masse in summer and autumn 2022. The Russian occupation administration is completely blocking all local farmers from selling grain on both domestic and foreign markets.

Also the so-called "occupation authorities" have unofficially banned all local bakeries from accepting grain from local farmers. Ukrainian farmers are desperate because of the large crop losses.

At the same time, in Energodar (Zaporizhzhia region), Russian invaders engage local employees to promote and highlight the false "advantages" of the so-called "Russian authorities" who have come to the region and justify their legitimacy.
