Two schemes of evasion from service of persons liable for military service were exposed in Kherson and Prykarpattya regions.



The deputy director of the district hospital - chairman of the military medical commission of the district territorial centre for recruitment and social support, the deputy head of the TCC and SP - head of the mobilization department of the Kherson district TCC and SP, as well as a civilian were reported on suspicion. They are incriminated part 3 of Article 368, part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - receipt of unlawful benefit and assistance in the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, in Prykarpattia, the medic issued a certificate of the military medical Commission on his temporary ineligibility for military service for health reasons. For this purpose, he fictitiously registered his "client" for inpatient treatment, - stated in the message.

After the production of the necessary documentation, in particular, a temporary certificate, the medic received $1,000 bribe.

In the Kherson region Lieutenant Colonel demanded and received through an intermediary 4500 US dollars of undue benefit. For these funds, a person liable for military service was promised to provide documents on declaring him unfit for military service and remove him from the military registration.

The guards documented more than 5 facts of issuing military registration documents with information about unfit for military service to citizens for bribes, - added in the Office of the Prosecutor General.

All suspects were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. They were taken into custody with the right to post bail.
